Kids in the Fall....

The best thing about this time of year is when I have the opportunity to sit and edit in front of my fireplace, and seeing the leaves falling off the trees in my backyard.

I absolutely adore everything "fall" and it was such a treat to be able to see this group of cousins get together for their photos at the beginning of the season!

Company in the studio on an editing day....

Some days I try to keep things a little quieter in studio and focus on getting through a bunch of my editing and correspondence.

Today was cold, windy and the perfect day to accomplish so many things indoors.

But how on earth could I resist picking up my camera for just a moment when this is the company I keep during the days...  :)   I'm a sucker for warm hearts and wet noses.  These are a few of the members of our "fur" family.   Be sure to check out more of our work on our website.

In the midst of the cold fall weather, a little ray of sunshine popped into the studio today!  Meet sweet little Mr. S.  I photographed his big sister when she was just a wee-one as well.  This little man was super snuggly and once we got him good and sleepy he was an absolute dream to photograph as well!

LOVE everything about newborns and this family!  Thank you so much for such a wonderful session today xo

Halloween Cuties - Mini Sessions - October 22, 2013

It was just a touch too windy, wet and cold for anyone to be enjoying their "trick-or-treating"!  So we brought our Halloween photos into the studio for some alternative fun!

I'm having a really hard time figuring out exactly which costume was my favourite today!

Halloween is just around the corner.  I cannot wait to see a bunch of sweet little ones in tomorrow.  The weather has turned more "fall'ish" and we've moved our sessions indoors.  I'll be keeping things to true Blink style and making sure we focus of the beauty and simplicity of faces, emotions and sweetness of little ones all decked out in Halloween style!  Pumpkins are ready...studio is warm...bring it on :)
